# Terms of Service These terms cover cleaning performed by FreshTouch SF. ## Booking and arrival We give you an arrival window rather than an exact minute, because travel and the job before yours are not fully predictable. We will tell you when we are on the way. ## Price The price is what the estimate says, based on what you told us and what we can see. If the work turns out to be larger than described, we will tell you the new price before starting it — never after. ## Access Someone over 18 must let us in, or you must arrange access in advance. Please tell us about anything we should know: pets, fragile items, areas to avoid. ## Photographs We photograph the areas we work on before and after. The photographs are kept with the job record and are used to show the condition of the property, not for advertising, unless you give us separate permission. ## Cancellation Let us know as early as you can. A cancellation close to the appointment, or nobody home when we arrive, may be charged a fee — the amount is shown when you book. ## If something goes wrong Tell us promptly and give us the chance to put it right.
